What these prices cover
- Starting prices are for our basic package. Your exact price depends on what your site needs, and you'll see it in your quote before anything starts.
- Advanced features — online booking systems, payments, admin panels, databases, e-commerce and other integrations — are quoted separately.
- Third-party subscriptions and usage fees are not included in the monthly price. For example: premium booking tools, payment processing fees, paid APIs, or extra storage and bandwidth.
- Your domain name (usually $10–20/year) is registered in your name and paid by you, so you always own it. We help you set it up.

Two brothers who build websites — and stick around after launch
Tended Sites is run by two brothers. We build websites for small businesses that don't have one yet, or have one that isn't doing them any favors.
A modern workflow, including carefully supervised AI tools, helps us move quickly and keep quality high. But every site is planned, built and reviewed by us personally.
And we don't disappear after launch. We look after every site we build, and when you need something, you talk to one of us directly.

How much does a website cost?
A one-time website starts at $400. A managed website starts at $400 for setup, plus $60/month after launch. These are basic-package prices; your exact price depends on what your site needs, and you'll get a clear quote before any work starts.
What's included in the monthly plan?
Hosting, HTTPS, security updates, uptime monitoring, regular backups, up to 30 minutes of small content changes each month, and email support.
What's not included?
Advanced features such as online booking systems, payments, admin panels, databases, e-commerce and other integrations are quoted separately. Third-party subscriptions and usage fees — for example premium booking tools, payment processing fees, paid APIs, or extra storage and bandwidth — are not included in the monthly price.
How long does it take?
We work fast. The exact timing depends on the size of your site and how quickly we get your text and photos — your quote includes a timeline.
What counts as a small content change?
Up to 30 minutes of edits each month — for example updating text, swapping photos, or changing your opening hours or prices. Bigger changes, like new pages or new features, are quoted separately before we start.
What if I need more than the monthly plan covers?
Most small updates, like new photos, prices, hours or a short text change, fit within the plan. If you need something bigger, such as a new page, a new feature or a redesign, we tell you the price first and only start once you approve it. No surprise bills.
How quickly do you reply to support requests?
We reply to support emails within 2 business days.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
Managed plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Who owns my domain and website content?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name and paid by you (usually $10–20/year), and your text, photos and logo are always yours. Don't worry if you've never done this: we guide you step by step, and it takes about 10 minutes. You then give us access to manage it, so you never need to share a password.
What happens if I leave?
You keep your domain and all of your content. If you'd like to take the website itself with you, we can hand it over for a one-time handover fee, quoted in advance.
Do I need to write the text and provide photos?
It helps, but you don't have to do it alone. Send us what you have — your services, prices, hours and a few photos — and we'll help shape it into clear, well-organized pages.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. If your current site is outdated, slow or hard to use on phones, we can rebuild it. Tell us your current address in the form and we'll take a look.
Where are you based?
We're two brothers based in Serbia, working with small businesses in the US. We work by email and video call, and our working day overlaps with US business hours, so you get replies while you're open.
